Ordering from Black Alice (FAQ)

If you're living in Singapore, you may place an order from these brands:

* BABY, The Stars Shine Bright

* Innocent World

* Angelic Pretty

Simply send the details of the item(s) that you would like to order to:

Be sure to include:

* Item code

* Item name

* URL of item

Orders typically take about 3-6 weeks to complete.

You may order at any time (you do not have to watch for a particular batch consolidation), as we constantly consolidate orders. If it doesn't make it in the current batch, we will automatically add it to the next. Please note that all orders are ONLY submitted to Japan when each batch consolidation ends. On average, we process about 1-2 batches every month.

Do note that we are unable to order Lucky Packs from any brands in general.

Angelic Pretty orders, in general, are harder to fulfill as they constantly run into stocking issues, but we will still try our best though.

Ability to order sale items varies from brand to brand, but most of the time, we can order BABY and Innocent World items that are on sale.

Prices are approximately based on S$1 = 61-62 Yen, depending on the exchange rate during the time of order. There are no additional shipping charges, and local delivery/postage is provided free of charge.

Although no deposit is required upfront, you are required to:

1. Honor and collect all orders made

2. Make payment and collect your item(s) within 7 days of arrival

Failure to do so will forfeit your privileges for future orders. This is to ensure that orders and reservations do not stack up, and to serve all our clients effectively.
